Credit card limit

    Hi.

    I have BOI credit card with limit of approx €5k and nothing currently owed on it.

    If I transfer cash of €2k to the card does that mean my limit is now effectively €7k?

    If you prefund the card by €2k, you would have this amount plus your credit limit available to use.
