Kefir Milk

    After filtering the solids from Kefir milk and pouring into a glass, what process are still active in the glass at the appropriate room temperature ? Will it continue to thicken etc. New to this & just curious.

    It's a fermented milk product.

    So like any fermented milk product, unless it's pasteurised, the bacteria/yeast will continue to feed as long as they got something left to eat.
