just left a job where i had a company vehicle. the said vehicle was registered in my name as the boss said he couldn't afford the insurance. ( i'm paying that out of my money too.). I've now left that job and am owed monies ( salary holiday pay etc ). my question is can i sell the vehicle ( it's value is higher than the monies owed) and recuperate my money due and give him any monies left.
    cheers for any advice .

You need to talk to a solicitor. We can't offer that kind of legal advice here.
