    Like many of you I was sick of paying full whack so took the risk of cancelling hoping for these wonderful offers you hear of.

    Anyway I did such a good job telling them I didn't need broadband or sports or whatever that my contract ran out without a peep.

    A couple of days after the box went off I just chanced their website and logged into my customer profile. After clicking into upgrades and offers a new tab appeared, come back to Sky. Pretty much all the usual packages at half price for 12 months.

    Picked up the basic for €14 a month and back working again within 24 hours.
    I was just surprised there was no formal offer and I had to go digging.

    Anyway, may help some you cut the cord for a better deal.

    It's not well hidden!!! There is a clear, unambiguous Offers section on their website!!

    It wasn't under Offers, it was a new Tab which appeared after I logged in.
    Anyway, prices in all their glory.

    Unless he was particularly cold when calling them, cold calling generally refers to sales calls made by the retailer
