    Hi,

I have been tasked with booking a place to stay in Torremolinos for two elderly relatives. Can someone make a recommendation of a nice hotel close to the center with a sea view with decent food I guess for half board.

    Thanks,

    R

I'm very fond of Bajondillo Apartment Hotel. Very safe, cheap, directly across from the beach, surrounded by restauranrts, close to the lift up to the main town, transfers included if you book through their site. Onsite laundry, plat du jour in the bar for 8.50-9.50 daily should they want it, fancier restaurant also on site. Activities daily, plus entertainment each night.

I would just get the breakfast included and go to some of the local restaurants for dinner.

Stayed there a few times, also the Sol House Aloha, but do prefer the Riu

I stayed here a few years back. it looks like a 1970s concrete monstrosity at first glance, but inside is refurbished to a good standard and it is in a fantastic location.

We stayed in this place for a couple of nights.

Right by the sea, nice quiet area with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Hotel is a bit business'y but does an amazing breakfast spread. Not really a family hotel so nice and quiet. There's also a rooftop pool which is pretty cool.

Email them and see can you get a corner one. That would mean an L shaped balcony, which is nice if the sun gets a bit hot.
If you want any further details, PM me.

Yes it's an apartment with a bedroom and a seperate lounge to accomodate 4 people. According to their website all apartments enjoy sea views and the apartments have the L shaped balcony as opposed to the 1 room studios.

Yes there's plenty space in them. If you're fond of tea, bring a travel kettle with you. They don't supply one in the apartment.

Lots of cheap and good restaurants around the apartments and also up in the town. Aircon in the apartment which you will probably need in high summer.
