Hello, Got some mixed messages about whether possible or not possible so asking here (it is not for me though) Is it possible to exchange a driving licence (international license) obtained in Brazil? If so, what is the procedure? Or do we really have to go through the whole process: learner permit etc.? Thanks

Whole process from the start. We only recognise EEA licences and those from a very small list of other countries or parts of countries; Brazil is not one of them
