More attic flooring questions

We are looking to floor about 18sqm of attic and I have a few questions.

The joists are only 10cm deep, could this be an issue, had read previously that it could be to small to hold much weight (im roughly 13 stone)

The insulation looks to have been topped up prior to us buying the house, the original insulation was about 8cm and theres about another 8cm of loose fill on top of that. I take it I will have to raise the joists or are stilts an option. Is insulated attic flooring an option.

What boards would be recommended, insulated or not.

Can shelving to hold no more that 5kg be attached to the a frame

Edit: if I was to use something like the loftwalk boards, do I need a gap between the current insulation and the board.

    Thanks

4inch joists.. suggest adding additional structure before boarding out.
