I'm current looking at a 16 Passat, 2 l Tdi Business edition and a 16 Cc Sport both the same price.
The Cc has 20k km more..

I prefer the shape and style of the cc but the less mileage on the passat is a factor.
Both 2l and both same bhp.
    Which would ye go for?

The CC is based on the old shape B7 Passat model, it's better looking and probably better equipped than the regular Passat but feels a bit dated these days. The B8 Passat is more modern, has a bigger interior but isn't very stylish imo.

At the end of the day it's down to you rather than us here though.
