Lost my clear plastic retainer but I have a fixed retainer in place?

    Got my braces off 2 months ago and I lost my top plastic retainer last night and I am going to contact my orthodontist straight away on Tuesday for a new one but will I be ok until then as I have a fixed retainer on my front 6 teeth?
    I have whitening moulds would they substitute it until I get a new one on Tuesday?
