Tough job moderation

It must be hard on the mods keeping track of everything here,and keeping everyone happy.

What one may consider satire and a bit of craic, without being pedantic,another will see red.

Would a forum for the more open minded, 70's 80's and 90's humour type of people be possible...

I got a few warnings lately, I understand a MOD has to keep the peace but a no holds bar forum would be fun and interesting.

No slagging off disabled, sexual minority,religious, or naming anyone which could be breaking a law or cause any controvesy....

Nooffencebut people will take offence and complain.

There used to be a Thunderdome forum where you could do all the "Yo Mama" jokes to your heart's content, but the dome was taken down, packed up and folded away.

Just as well for you, because Yo Mama is so *mod deleted*

It would be great, but it'll never work.

We've a whole generation today (and tomorrow morning) who'll wake up and whose sole intent for the day will be to take offence and be morally outraged for every other fooking simpleton who really couldn't give a toss.

They'll wake up and set their moral compass by whatever outrage the likes of Ruth Coppinger or Richard 'Richboy' Barrett are protesting & leading the loonies against.

Good idea, but you're a few years too late for that.

I know, it's really sad.
Im lucky my sons 17 and he grew up in a very rural place and his grandparents and mum are very oldschool it rubbed off on him.
He's not homophobic, he's an atheist but not snowflakey or easily offended.

He loves his dog's,gay friends, old school satire, chopping logs, carving wood,hiphop and oldschool metal.

Im happy he's a credit to his mum step-dad and my family.

Society seems very sick now
