Rewiring Old terraced House

    hey all
    im going to get a rewiring of an old terraced house , and i am looking to turn it into a smart home power points with USB/Ethernet ,Nest,Amazon Echo ,Smart Appliances

    Can anyone recommend a electrician that is good with this setup

    Electric Ireland will supply and fit a nest. Or best use a plumber to sort out zones etc

    Echo and other smart devices tend to be wireless. So you just need to ensure you have good WiFi
    USB equipped sockets are no different than fitting any other type of socket.

    Basically any sparks can do this job and if you go for one who specialises in this area. Then you’ll pay a premium for nothing

    Just be sure that they run a neutral to light sockets
