    As the title says, I'd like to close my mobile broadband account.

    How do I go about this?

    Hi Whatsisname,

    I'm sorry to hear you're cancelling your account.

    In order to cancel your account you will need to speak to our retention team, If you call 1901 they can transfer you through.

    I'm actually a mobile broadband customer, my contract ended in February and I'm now living in the UK. Is there an overseas number I can call?
