    just wondering if you have any recommendations on a builder that will cover the below. renovating a property of approximately 68m2ft. 2 bedroom old house with old wallpaper , heating , appliances .


    skimming of all walls and ceilings inside.

    complete rewire,(i want it wired as a smart home usb / ethernet points)

    complere replumb, (including new burner, tank and rads)

    new windows and doors ,inside and out.

    new skirtings and architrives, door frames and stairs.

    hi-spec kitchen and walk in shower/sauna bathroom suite.

    solid oak floors downstairs.

    bathroom/kitchen tiled.

    painting of whole house.

    outside walls dry lined.

    complete waste removal.
