Well, really he was dropped because he was purposefully inciting conflict in a incredibly demeaning way at a group of people who are outraged by consistent suffering caused in our law system to victims regarding one of our cultures most heinous crimes.

He didn't just express an opinion on the judicial system. He said that the woman at the centre of the trial, should be "destroyed". Bit of a difference there bud.

No, I said the jury might think that the scumbags were rapists, but might also think that it hadn't been proven to the extent required by the law. They might feel it was true on the balance of probabilities, but not beyond reasonable doubt.
