NDLS online appointments

It's almost impossible to get an appointment online! I've been waiting to see dates come up a month in advance and they've just appeared this morning and are all full! How is this possible? What a ridiculous system it is, you don't even have to go through this to get a passport.

The whole thing is a cost cutting outsourcing exercise and as such is cut-to-the-bone. These kinds of quality issues are as much about the RSA as they are about the NDLS.

I say take the hint and walk in. Most reports are that walk-ins are seen very quickly but of course it would be wise to make sure you don't have any pressing appointments later just in case.
