I came across something about the TG4 Underdogs show from the mid 00's.

Apart from the obvious players like Pierce O'Neill and Kieran Donaghy, anyone know the feats of any of the other players who have appeared on it? Any of the others ever make county teams etc

Am i right in thinking there was two football and one hurling teams? Also a ladies one?

Stephen Wallace is in charge of Offaly senior footballers, he was on the same Underdogs team as Donaghy. He has won 3 All Ireland titles as a manager, 2 with the Kerry Juniors and one Intermediate Club Title with his club Ardfert.

John Kelly who I think was on one of first Underdogs teams played senior hurling with Dublin for a few years. He was in same club as Dotsy O'Calllaghan - St. Marks. Think he was gone by Daly era.

Wasn’t Niall Corcaran from Galway the captain of the underdogs Hurling team went on to play for Dublin at corner back for nearly 10 years

Don't recall seeing any of the hurling underdogs for some reason. He was great player and badly missed. Not sure if he is still playing. He will be reunited with Anthony in Crokes!

    Kelly played for the footballers.

Steven McDonnell was talking about that guy on the GAA hour recently. Rates him very highly as a coach.

He has some great ideas both in his coaching workshops and writing with Gaelic Life, unfortunately the practical application of his objectives in a team environment is turgid defensive football. As he said at one course we went to up north, his goal would be to win a game 0-1 to 0-0.
