Sky Q App

    Hi,

    Just wanted to know if being able to use the Sky Q App on an Android phone requires me to have a multiscreen subscription? I'm getting the message "Your Sky Q box is not enabled to connect to the Sky Q App". I have used the app before but not since I cancelled multiscreen a couple of months back. Thanks.

    Yeah I think so. According to the Sky website you need multi screen. You might still be able to use the app in “Sky Go mode” but your content will stream over the internet rather than from the box and you’ll have a more limited range of channels.

    Hi..just got as well and trying to connect my tablet and same message..I have the sky q mini and extra 16 per month for multi screen...any help? Tried reinstalling app but nothing..thanks.

    Try calling into their service team, they have this messaging thing you can do now to avoid sitting in a queue. Closed now though.
