Hi. I rrcently got a new phone a Samsung galaxy s7. I downloaded the my eir app but it won't accept my eircom.net email address on it. Showing an error when I try to set it up, my eircom.net email works fine on my computer though. I don't currently have broadband or phone but that shouldn't matter as it works fine on my computer. I really need to get this up and running for use on my phone so could you try and resolve it for me please
