    Hi

Me and my GF are travelling to SouthEast Asia in June for 2 months. First stop Hong Kong then we are going to Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand!! Just wondering has anyone ever travelled there in June/July?? What's the weather like? I'm reading everywhere that the humidity is crazy and I'm just looking for a bit of feedback...

    Thanks
    CC

Very, very hot......very, very humid. Won't be below 30 degrees any time, day or night. Chances of some very heavy rain as well.

Wouldn't say it's unbearable at all, you'll just need to be aware of it. Shorts at all times, umbrella if it's raining (rather than a raincoat), etc.

Plus, everywhere indoors will be air-conditioned.

Wouldn't worry about it at all, just drink plenty of fluids. Was in Vietnam and Cambodia for a month over June/July 2016. Only had heavy rain a handful of times.
Heading back to SE Asia this June/July for 2 weeks. You'll have an amazing time.

Id be more worried about rain and typhoons than the humidity. It's bearable, get a few dioralyte sachets as people drink plenty of water but don't tend to replace salts and minerals they sweat out. I took one every couple of days and it was brilliant. You'll have a great time, don't sweat it :)

When you will be in Hong Kong visit Macau. 1 day speedboat/ferry trip. It takes only an hour to get there and it is worth it.

As in previous posts. Very humid. I could not take any photos at the evening because my lens was covered in "fog" all the time.

Don’t be nervous. It’s hot but you will adapt to it after a day, plus it’s cool down after the rain. In Hong Kong and Vietnam, it’s hot in the cities but they have aircon in all the buildings. So when you want to take a break, just go inside the buildings to cool down a bit, that’s what I did when I was there. You will have so much fun and you don’t even think about the heat.
