nipparts shock absorbers?

Hi, has anyone used NIPPARTS shock absorbers? They are well prcied and made in the EU (NL?), I'm wondering are they pure rubbish compared to well known brands and is it another case of "if it's too good to be true..." or "you get what you pay for..." or is it actually good value.
