Hi guys. I have been offered nd have accepted an interview for a second job (relief work). I'm currently in full time employment and work 78 hours a fortnight. I was speaking with my manager and the way he was speaking what I do in my spare time is my business and if it doesn't interfere with my work he doesn't see a problem. He even agrerf to provide a references.

I work in an intellectual dissability setting and would like to gain social care experience with young people.

In kniw the Organisation of working times act and the 48 hours a week but I currently going by it's 4 month workings work 52 on average so anything extra shouldn't be a problem.

Even if I can't take the job as a result the interview wold be worth it simply because of the experience

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.
