Alloy wheels '01 Yaris - good idea?

I've got a 2001 Yaris with NCT out at the end of the month. Rear tyres were advisory last year for being too old. I was thinking of getting alloys instead of the steel wheels while I'm replacing the tyres. :pac:

Are they really worth the expense? I want the car to look a bit nicer, and was thinking of trying to find the 'T-sport' model alloys but couldn't find any on donedeal.

Not going to be selling the car on, she'll be with me until she pops her clogs... or I do. :o

The Toyota alloys (expensive option when new) looked really nice.

Is it worth it? Only you can answer that. :)

It depends on what wheels you want obviously. But you should be able to pick up a set of Toyota alloys for little money. How worth it or not is up to you! If it makes the car look better, and you're happier driving it then it's worth a go I reckon.

You'd pick you a set of T-Sport corolla alloys or even levin alloys would look nice on a Yaris

Have a look on donedeal and adverts and see if you can get a nice secondhand set

Something like these would be perfect.

14 inch Alloys would imo look nice and tidy on a standard yaris.

You'll see plenty of 15inch alloys for sale off corolla's from the noughties but they'll look a bit big and out of place.
