AliExpress refund?

I bought a Stanley type knife on Aliexpress. It was listed as having ten replacement blades.

I got the knife this morning and it's the kind of cheap crap you'd see in Dealz. This thing cost almost €8.00. And it doesn't even have the ten blades that were advertised. The worst part is that the one blade it does have is covered in glue. It looks like whoever I ordered this knife from had run out of knives to sell and sent me their own knife they had been using to open boxes.

What are my rights as regards getting a refund? If I have to send this back to China the postage will probably cost more than I paid for it.

While this wasn't a fortune it's still far too much to pay for a rusty old piece of crap.

Open dispute, they'll usually just capitulate and refund the full amount.
