    i know there is probably a good few threads on this.
    but where would i get a good deal on insurance.
    the insurance is to cover dwelling house and public liability on land only.
    there is no tractors, cars, sheds, etc to insure
    thanks

    Hi there two risks here. House and land. How much land? FBD best bet or broker with access to FBD/Broker markets. Mainline Insurers have no interest in the public liability risks attaching to large unused acreage

    There are three agri insurer's FBD Aviva and Zurich. A good broker will price all the last two for you. However FBD generally have there own offices

    I cut my premium in half changing from FBD to Zurich but that was with a dairygold discount.

    Certainly AXA offer very keen rates on "ordinary" House Insurance.

    Axa are going live through brokers on the 16th of May (I'm an insurance broker so thats how I know)
