Questionnaire about job satisfaction

Hi everyone,

I am doing a Business Management course and as part of it I am doing a dissertation on Job Satisfaction and as part of this I need your thoughts and opinions.
I am not looking for your name, your employer's name or ex-employer's name or any such details!
Its a completely anonymous questionnaire so it would help me hugely if people could take a few minutes to give their thoughts.
The research I gather will form part of the dissertation.
Its all multiple choice so its pretty handy to do on PC or mobile and should only take 5 minutes to complete.

No names or personal details are required so it is completely anonymous.

One tiny bit of feedback - there wasn’t an option to choose professional job role - it went something like Manager, clerical, ... I’m not a manager but I have a senior professional role in the HSE so I had to fill in “other” section.

I work on contract, get no holidays, benefits, healthcare etc. You don't seem to have considered that and more and more employees work that way now.

Yes I have manager, senior manager etc but put in individual and supervisor/lead to cover roles that could be senior, as senior positions are mentoring positions for more junior colleagues. It could have been laid out differently I guess, thanks for the feedback
