At a basic level assuming a good credit rating , can a person have 3 active loans with BOI ? Ive 2 at present and thinking of getting a 3rd subject to approval Has anyone had this many before ?

No reason why not as long as you can afford it and the purpose of the loan is within their criteria. They might try and get you to top up a loan though rather than take a new one. Be careful on that, make sure its not a higher interest rate.
