Fault logged on "myeir" last Friday not recorded?

On the "myeir" website, last Friday, I logged an annoying and recurrent internet outage/fault that I experience for up to 3 or 4 hours roughly every week or thereabouts.

I added a lot of detail in the message and put a lot of effort into explaining what is happening and my own efforts to resolve the problem. When I checked myeir this evening it says there is no fault recorded for my account?

I have  heard absolutely nothing back from eir on this matter regarding getting to the root of the issue.
    What gives?
