Cleaning Liscannor stone on house

Hi all, Wondering what the best solution is to clean Liscannor stone on the exterior of a house? Plenty of green moss and algae etc on it after the winter. Is a power washer harmful to the stone? Should I pre-treat it with something first? Am reluctant to go at it until I know I'm not causing any harm :D
