    Hi
For a family of four travelling to SW5 from Gatwick what is the best value option?
I know the Gatwick Express is there but is there a better value option?

Any can I buy Oyster cards over there for the tube?
Do kids of 5 and 7 need to pay?

    Thanks
    M

Gatwick express is your best option for value, speed and comfort.

If you want a super cheap option then www.easybus.com (Small cramped buses but very cheap).

Middle option is National Express www.nationalexpress.com Large comfortable buses. But the price is close enough to the Gatwick Express that i would pick the train.

The motorway into london from Gatwick is prone to heavy traffic so taking the road is a gamble that you could get stuck in traffic.

Underground travel is free for children under 11.
