Cant log into facebook

Hi all, Long story but as title says I cant log into my account. I cant remember my password, and my email for fb is an old hotmail, which again I forget the password!! Is there any other way I can login ? I have the same phone number. There is a friend help option, but I never set that up before. I know Im prob better off…

Hi all,

I know Im prob better off without it but it can be handy now and again.
