Anyone here use An Post IBMS to send parcels to EU and USA?

How did you find the service, did many customers complain about items not being received or being damaged and do you think the 8 working day delivery time to US turned customers away? Was much paperwork/admin involved to use the service?

Considering using it as it is very competitively priced and our products have an RRP of less than €50 and no resale value.
