Just installed a new back door - looking for opinions

I installed a brand new upvc outside back door by myself . The job went very well. It was the first time I did this sort of thing.

Theres 5 mm of expanding foam all around the frame and about 20 mm on top . So my question is this .....

The rendering on the outside reveals of the door frame is now showing up against the gap .

    1) Can I render on the foam to hide the gaps ? Should I ? If so which render is best ? The reveals are just flat concrete rendering on top of blocks painted white.

    2) Can I buy some sort of UPVC fascia or trim for this and if so where can I get it ? In particular I was thinking about a trim or fascia board for the top of the door. I was thinking I could stick it on using more foam. Would that be a suitable long term solution ? I want the door to be as secure and warm as possible
