Budget Photoshop machine (+monitor)

I had enough with laptops, and have been recommended that you get more power for your buck from desktop machine. But I have no idea where to start.


1. What is your budget? ~€800

2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? Adobe Suite Stuff. Photoshop and Illustrator mostly. Occasional low spec game, although Alien Isolation caught my eye the other day.

3. Do you need a copy of Windows? Yes

4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? No

5. Do you need a monitor? Yes

5a. If yes, what size do you need. No idea. Whatever budget allows.

6. Do you need any of these peripherals? Keyboard

7. Are you willing to try overclocking? No

8. How can you pay? Credit Card/Cash

9. When are you purchasing? Sooner rather than later

10. If you need help building it, where are you based? Stoneybatter

Prebuilt seems to be best value right now.

Leaves you with €300 ; I'd spend that on a nice 24" display (e.g. 1920x1200) and 480Gb SSD

Cool beans. Not a big fan of led lights but if it's solid build, might be overlooked.

One question though. What is the difference between the two cheapest models? The compare shows identical list of features

I have no idea!
I thought maybe it was a misprint, but it's definitely showing as 1050 Ti if you add to cart.
