when am i getting my refund cheque

I've rang your customer service centre (they really shouldnt call themselves that) 3 times now to ask for MY MONEY back. I rang in end Jan, feb and again today.

I've been told next week.....but next week doesnt seem to be coming.

So what is the problem? why can Irish water not send refund to me in a timely manner?


Also your staff are lying to me on the phone. I asked for a supervisor/manager today and was told there was none working in the site today. I insisted on getting one and eventually a customer service manager was put through to me. This lying is just not acceptable.
