    Hi,

I've just got an email from getmore@eir.ie thanking me for upgrading my service. Why?

I'm not an Eir customer and I've not signed up for anything. It's addressed to <name> account number <snip>.

    Please fix this.

    Hi there Tigger007

That email address is no longer valid. When did you receive this? Can you please send a screenshot?

    Hi,

I've also just got an email from getmore@eir.ie thanking me for upgrading my service. Why?

I've not signed up for anything. It's addressed to me with an account number i haven't setup?

can someone from eir get back to me about this as i don't want to be billed for something i never asked for!

    Hi E_McCann,

This could be a phishing email however if you PM me the details you have received I'll have a look into this and clarify it.

    Thanks

    Tracey
