The Take It Personal podcast from Philaflava has been consistently tremendous over the past year and a bit. Every show has a theme, almost all unbroken well mixed music with the occasional interview. If you haven't checked it out yet, you need it in your life.

I'm a fan of the Joe Budden podcast, it recently won an award as well.
Peter Rosenberg has a few podcasts now, some are interviews that he done over the years that have been vaulted.
Blueprint & Illogic do an excellent podcast, there is a theme every week about something industry related, like selecting features for an album, do's and don'ts, etc.

I also check out Everyday Struggle which is a kind of podcast/news show thats released daily.

There's 2 other lads that have one called Dues and Mero I think, anytime I've watched them they've just being ripping the p*ss, whereas I like a bit more informed discussion.
