Hi Guys, i'm deliberating between the above. I can get the S8 for about 589 from Komplett and the 5T near the same price direct from oneplus.
I really can't decide. any thoughts?

Own oneplust 5T(8gb) and s8+....only issue is i bought 5T first and s8+ later....i was hoping i will be using s8+ instead of 5T but surprisingly i stuck with my 5T !! 5T anyday over s8 for me....

    Pros

Faster performance wise(it even beat s9)
Excellent battery and screen on time
    Dash charge
    Slim

    Cons

    No wireless charging
    No microSD
    No water/dust resis certi

So its upto u what u want and can go for either...i still prefer 5T as performance is what i look for...

I took the plunge and ordered a 5T. I think I prefer out and out performance rather than cool/gimmicky applications.

Oxygen os on the oneplus is pretty much vanilla Android, another pro over the Samsung

Performance is hugely overstated, imo. I guess you may notice it with certain games (although highly unlikely). The average user who switches between messaging and social media isn't going to notice anything significant.

I bought oneplus one even though I loved the phone at the time it got a cracked screen and became completely useless. I noticed friends with iPhones and Samsung's with shattered screens still using there phones. Today I've Samsung s8+ and can say it's a fantastic phone and I highly rate it. I need a phone that still works if I have a fail of crack screen and the fact it's moisture resistant is excellent.
