Docker Service Replicas

    Hey guys,

Quick question, I'm fairly new to docker, i've just deployed a "production" build of an app i'm working on, I had it working with 3 replicas of each service, the first time I hit an endpoint I got 3 write operations to my database.

My belief was that with docker swarms and service that only one replica of that service would take a hit at any given time?

    Any advice would be appreciated
