Siemens Washing Machine not spinning - Carbon Brushes?

I have a Siemens WM12E468GB/07 and two days ago it started showing the error code F21.
I have been able to clean the filter and reset it by following this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yuJkomEkjvk&vl=en

The Machine appears to fill with water and will also empty, but i have noticed that it does not spin.
If I try any of the programs, it runs for about 8 minutes before stopping. I have to reset it again to get it back.

I have read many different reasons for the error but I think it is the Carbon Brushes.
Does anybody sell them in Dublin? Or where would be the fastest delivery from?
I believe these are the ones I need.

brushes need replacing, before refitting replacements clean up the armature comm and make a note of the angle the brushes are fitted at when removing the old ones, Exsparetise in Tullamore will have them if you cant find them elsewhere

Thanks, found a few place that might have them. I will try them if they do not. I am watching videos showing how to clean armature comm now. I would have just replaced the brushes without knowing any of that. Thanks again,
