Bush Tablet .. How to Unbrick?

Help Required! Was clearing up a Bush tablet running android 4.4.4., it was polluted with ads popping up everywhere, ran malwarebytes and it showed up over 20 viruses, some of them were actually embedded in the system files. Managed to root the tablet using Kingo, then used titanium back up to remove the offending articles, all going smoothly, then ran another scan with Dr. Web lite..this showed up another offender so removed that file again with titanium. But now tablet will boot up ok but wont load the home screen, can access the Play Store launching it through the settings/ apps... but wont install anything. Tried a hard factory reset but no joy. Is there any way of unbricking this? Was looking for a ROM on line but it seems to be a rare enough tablet. Any help greatly appreciated.

Did you do a backup with titanium first? Restore that backup and try again.

Google the last thing you deleted to make sure it wasn't system critical.

Thanks for the reply ... Unfortunately I didn't do a back up, even though it is called Titanium Back Up! .. I just used it to uninstall aps/files. There is apps out there that scans your system for missing files etc, but don't know if they are any good or not, however I can't install anything .. the download just continues on and on.I think I'm rightly snookered.

What's the model make/number of the Bush tablet?

It's a Bush Movie Tab 9 ... but I think its a Chinese tablet at heart .. the recovery interface was in Chinese. I read somewhere that Bush tablets are rebranded Archos tablets ... but sadly that doesn't help me :(

Sorry dude, can't even find specs of the bush tablet online, or a picture or anything. However if it is an archos, the firmware for archos tablets are here:

Just, you will need to find out which one it is first.

Thanks for the reply and the useful link. I have since left it into one of them repair shops that seems to be popping up everywhere, however they couldn't do anything with it . Looking under Settings/About Phone , the word Alps crops up.I seem to remember I once had a Chinese phone of a similar version. Further investigation is needed!
