Water Refund

    I have been chasing my refund for the past 2 months but no joy in getting it sorted. The refund ws sent to my old address and twice during the past 2 months I contacted Irish Water to be told they would send me a cheque for the refund to my new address but nothing has arrived. I have been holding on so so long each call that I have been charged 2-3 euros as my mobile provider charges for these supposedly reduced rate calls. Can you help?
