Still Waiting on Refund....since November!

'We're checking with the relevant department, we'll get back to you...' 'There's a lot of fraud so the cheques are taking longer...' Just excuses…

Just excuses now at this stage. What a joke to be waiting this long.

All over the radio it had 90% of people who paid their bill had got their refund by December/January... I find that very hard to believe.

Anyone else still waiting....and waiting...and waiting?!
