Topped up yesterday, Credit gone

    Hi Eir, i topped up my daughters phone yesterday morning at around this time and this morning all but 11c of her credit is gone. i have checked mobile data usage and it is 66mb since the 1st march. 

    can someone shed some light on where the credit has gone

    Hi aaakev,

    Unfortunately we would be unable to access the account here as your daughter would need to contact customer care directly in order to confirm data protection.

    I would advise for her to give them a call on 1747 and they will be able to advise what the credit was used on.
