It sounds like she damaged the hair follicles. There may be no saving it. Have asked in a Salon?

They always ask what happened when i go get hair cut but they just suggest everything I've already tried

Do you tell them youve tried their suggestions? Have you tried asking in a different salon? maybe try Petermarks or somewhere

I find the Redkin extreme range (blue bottles) great for damaged hair. Try to do a treatment at least once a week

Would you consider going to a specialist? Like the ones for receding hairline? There might be something that can be done to improve it

Got hair cut shorter before Xmas and think that's what made it worse because have tie up for work so where I tie up is hitting the damaged part on my crown.. It's always been bad since they burnt it but since hair got cut shorter it went way worse.. I'm now trying not tie it in that place.. I got repair system from superdrug tried it yesterday hair feels much nicer but won't know if it repairs I guess for awhile

The profession hair care products are the way to go - you’d get them much cheaper online than in the salons.
