Samsung tablet goosed - any hope?

So my Samsung Tab 3 keeps restarting by itself. I looked up a bit online and started in recovery mode. However If I try and wipe the cache or factory reset I get the error messages below. Is there any way to fix this. It almost seems like malware.

You could try flashing a stock ROM via Odin or something. Failure to do something as simple as wiping cache doesn't look good, though.
