I switched over to eir for broadband etc, do I need to contact my old provider to cancel or does Eir sort that out with the UAN?

    Hi Hannibal,

Usually when you provide a UAN number to move from another provider to eir, your service will be cancelled with your previous provider when the change over occurs however if you have any uncertainty you can always give the previous provider a call once your service with eir is active.

    Thanks,

    Sarah
