I'm nearing the end of my 1-year contract. I can now opt to check the offers from other broadband suppliers in my region.

Do eir have any offers for existing customers renewing contracts?

    Hi there TheRover

Unfortunately we can only offer what's been advertised on our website and in stores. You're more than welcome to go onto https://www.eir.ie/broadband-only/ for "Broadband Only" offers or our bundled offers at https://www.eir.ie/bundles/

Thank you Kyle for your reply. What would be the best approach to go about one of these bundles? Call eir, explain that our contract is almost over and that we'd like to purchase one of the new bundles?

I'm not wrong in assuming that after the current contract period is over, we remain on a 1 month rolling contract, correct?

    Hi TheRover,

Yes once the contract expires you can cancel at any point by giving 30 days notice over the phone. The best option would be to contact our sales team directly on 1901 and they can advise of the best option available to you.

    Thanks,

    Sarah
