Is there any crowd in Ireland making PCB's for a reasonable price and short lead time?

I ordered some stuff off SEEED studios and although they're very cheap I'll be waiting weeks more for them to arrive. Not the greatest if you want to quickly try something that isn't easily done on a bread board. Beta layout are very expensive if you don't want to be waiting weeks

Should I go down the DIY route of making them myself, either with the tanks of stuff and printing transparencies or an El Cheapo milling machine?
