Can anyone recommend a good boiler repair man/company?

    Evening All,

I bought an apartment in Citywest around 2006, lived in it for several years, and have had it rented out for about the last 5 years. Throughout that time, the water boiler has been the bane of my existence. One or the other (or both) of the boost and timed heating elements seems to break every year. Nearly every time my tenant contacts me, it's because they can't heat water via one of either the timer or boost button.

Equally as frustrating as not understanding why the boiler breaks so often, is not understanding who best I can contact to repair. I've lost count of the times a plumber has told me I need an electrician, or an electrician has told me I need a plumber. I've also lost count of the number of theories various electricians/plumbers have offered upon why the boiler is so problematic.

Can anybody recommend a person/company who specialises in boilers? I don't know anything about boilers, but I've attached a few photos of the unit.

    Any help/advice, greatly appreciated,
    B
