water flooding the back yard

Contacted Irish water; before the snow; 2 weeks back, about a leak flooding my back yard, still don't know where it's coming from but possibly a burst pipe underground, I dug a small trench to redirect the water down a drain but it's still going at the rate of a liter every 10 - 20 seconds, no sign of a worker though. Any chance you can push that along please? thanks
